About
I am a psychotherapist in the state of Arizona, specializing in EMDR therapy. I am certified in EMDR, and have extensive specialized training in EMDR and attachment. I am also a husband and father of 2 beautiful children. I enjoy a variety of leisure activities with my family including travel, games, and sports. When I am not busy with my clients helping change lives, I am typically working with my kids on techniques, traveling around the southwest, or out on the golf course relaxing!
Mission
My personal mission is to enjoy life to the fullest. Life is a series of moments. As Ferris Bueller once said, "Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you might miss it". My mission is to help as many people that come into my office be able to enjoy the little things as much as the big things and find happiness in living life to the fullest!
